What You Bring

  • Completed commercial/technical apprenticeship, ideally with experience in technical sales or a similar field
  • Computer skills (ERP, MS Office)
  • Strong understanding of numbers
  • Technical background/knowledge and a strong customer orientation
  • Organizational skills, independence, and a structured way of working
  • Knowledge of English is desirable
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and willingness to learn

Your Responsibilities

  • Telephone support and advice for our customers on technical and commercial questions
  • Processing, handling, and tracking inquiries and orders from our customers
  • Maintaining/expanding customer relationships through regular communication
  • Preparing quotes in our merchandise management system
