The Caritas Association for the district of Bad Kissingen e. V. is a Christian social enterprise active in outpatient and semi-stationary elderly care, various counseling services, and childcare facilities. As a modern service provider with over 200 employees, we combine social and Christian motivated commitment with economic action.

We are currently seeking a Care Assistant (m/f/d) with a 1-year training to join our team at the St. Benedikt social station in Bad Brückenau.

In order for seniors to be able to live at home for as long as possible, they need a good partner who can care for, support, and accompany them.

Your responsibilities:

Performing nursing measures according to the SIS
Keeping nursing documentation
Assisting with the determination of care needs and the creation of the SIS
Collaborating with family caregivers

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a care assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
Responsible and careful work ethic
High communication and social skills towards clients, colleagues, and family members
