A day in the life of a member of our team includes:

Managing technology and process development projects
Designing, developing, and industrializing processes and new technologies to achieve sustainable performance beyond stateoftheart
Providing operational support to our factories around the globe to improve processes and performance while ensuring quality
Optimizing existing processes to deliver process excellence and support renovations in alignment with the business
Collaborating with category technical management to build competencies across the network by providing functional expertise

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
A track record of 35 years of work experience in operations, preferably in Plant Based and/or Culinary factories
