We are looking for an Audit and Tax Assistant (m/f/diverse) in the areas of auditing and audit-related consulting at our Goodland location.
As one of the leading multidisciplinary law firms in Germany, we have been advising and representing our national and international clients in all areas of legal advice, tax consulting, and auditing since 1822. With around 100 professionals and a team of approximately 250 people, we operate from our Hamburg office.
Your responsibilities:
- Participation in annual, group, and consolidated financial statement audits according to German GAAP and IFRS for demanding and interesting mandates from various industries and size classes
- Support in the preparation of annual, group, and consolidated financial statements according to German GAAP and IFRS for corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations
- Collaboration on interdisciplinary consulting projects, together with our tax consultants and lawyers
- Participation in due diligence audits, company valuations, and restructuring processes
- Development of creative solution concepts and support in their implementation
- Successful completion of a university or college degree (ideally with a focus on accounting, auditing, finance, controlling
