Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and stay uptodate with the latest developments in your field of expertise
Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction to students
Utilize learning technologies, such as Blackboard, to enhance the learning experience
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
Provide individualized support and mentoring to students as needed
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Skills:

Strong classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment
Proficiency in using learning technologies, such as Blackboard, to facilitate online instruction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
Ability to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices in higher education teaching
