Then this diverse position as a Process Excellence Specialist (m/f/d) in Linoma Beach, NE may be the perfect fit for you


Your Role:


As an expert in processes, you will focus on optimizing and harmonizing processes and software solutions within sea freight, ensuring that our business units operate as efficiently as possible.

You will continuously question processes, identify best practice solutions in workshops, and monitor progress using KPIs.

Additionally, you will support our colleagues in the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Customer Care Location (CCL) in making sustainable, cost-effective, and transparent decisions by extracting the right data and providing it in reports and dashboards.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring organizational structures and processes with the goal of customeroriented alignment, improving and enhancing the quality of workflows, identifying and defining key performance indicators, and supporting the company's strategy
  • Consulting and supporting Kuehne+Nagel departments in reorganizing business processes and organizational structures
  • Assisting the management in developing and implementing national strategies
  • Preparing and supporting nearshoring projects
  • Creating and presenting decision templates, concepts, and general process documentation
  • Organizing and moderating workshops
