  • As a Product Owner (M/F/d) in Mobility Operations, you will drive our global business forward by challenging existing processes, identifying efficiencies with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing your own ideas for innovative solutions.
  • In this role, you will be the main point of contact (M/F/d) for your product, coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth implementation of the defined roadmap.
  • You will organize, prioritize, and manage the backlog of your product based on your knowledge and insights.
  • You will ensure transparency, be open to negotiation and compromise, and make tough decisions when necessary. You also know how to escalate issues in a targeted and effective manner to achieve your goals.
  • You will continuously develop the vision and roadmap for customer experience and digitalization at SIXT, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

  • You have several years of experience working with software development teams and have previous experience in an agile environment (Scrum, KANBAN).
  • You are interested in and have some experience with requirements engineering (including user stories, epics).
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and thrive in a dynamic and constructive work environment.
  • You have an agile mindset and the ability to analyze and structure complex topics, as well as communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You are fluent in English and have knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
