Get ready for a diverse apprenticeship that takes place at the Aesculap AG facilities in Tuttlingen, supplemented by vocational school lessons at the State Vocational School for the Hotel and Catering Industry in Villingen-Schwenningen. Over the course of 3 years, you will be working in various areas of the Aesculap AG company restaurant and learn everything about the preparation and cooking of food. But it's much more than that: You will also learn how to calculate prices and quantities, purchase ingredients, and organize work processes within the kitchen team. You can unleash your creativity by creating menus, plating dishes, and developing new recipe ideas.

Technical Competencies

- Good calculative skills, for example when purchasing ingredients in terms
