What to expect

  • Organizing the duty roster based on long-term duty sequence plans
  • Dispatching all driving staff, including temporary workers and interns, for regular operations as well as special occasions
  • Managing time accounts and reconciling planned and actual requirements
  • Handling all absences, such as illness, vacation, training, and business trips
  • Coordinating participation in training courses in collaboration with quality assurance
  • Processing driver requests for changes to the duty roster
  • Preparing all necessary documents, such as monthly statements, duty roster overviews, and departure lists

What you bring

  • Completed training as a traffic master (m/f/d) or equivalent or higher education in this field, or at least 5 years of professional experience as a bus and tram driver (m/f/d) or in another area of public transport
  • Familiarity with official regulations such as DF Strab, DF Bus, PBefG, UVV, Working Hours Act, and Driver Regulations
