Pay:
$20.13 per hour, full time, non-exempt position
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Occasional evenings and weekends.

We provide comprehensive programs that focus on building human assets and fostering self-sufficiency.As a clerk with the Employment Services department, you will support the work of the department by completing administrative tasks.

Duties /ResponsibilitiesThe General Office Clerk primary duties will include:
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
- Skilled use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Excellent computer skills for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
- Rapid and accurate typing skills to take minutes of meetings and write case notes.
- Demonstrate a team mentality and willingness to assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Report suspicious and inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
- Follow mandated abuse and incident reporting requirements.
- Meet timelines and deadlines related to supporting systems and employee compliance. Example includes but are not limited to Kronos Workforce Ready for review and approval of time sheets.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned i.e. participation in Food Distribution on a rotating basis.
Annual Outcomes and Indicators
Clerk will contribute to the program's effectiveness by providing support to the case managers through high-quality administrative engagement as outlined above.
***Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Kinyarwanda and/or Rohingya PREFERRED: - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures, devices and software
- Very good organizational skills
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Capable team player & collaborator
- High School Diploma, some college and/or relevant professional experience
Note:
Positions are filled in response to current refugee arrivals and their language needs. As language needs change, this necessitates flexibility in our staffing.
