V. is a provider of education in the fields of economics, social work, and child and youth welfare. For 30 years, we have been successfully working with social responsibility in the districts of Bautzen and Görlitz. We educate, support, and assist children, youth, adults, and families in various life situations.


For our department "Children, Youth, and Family" in the district of Görlitz, we are looking for a qualified and suitable Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) for our location in Ebersbach, starting on January 1st, 2023, in part-time (20 hours/week).


Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation, implementation, and followup of group work in nonschool settings
  • Creating basic conditions for learning and testing alternative strategies
  • Providing support for children/adolescents in crises and conflict situations
  • Supportive and developmental offers and individual case assistance
  • Promoting motivation and selfinitiative
  • Collaboration with authorities, institutions, and other cooperation partners
  • Prevention offers


You will work with children, youth, and their legal guardians, enjoy organizing theme days with a focus on regional and sustainable aspects.

Networking in the social environment is part of your daily work. The main field of work is social group work in cooperation with other professionals from the organization.
