Your responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Associate, you will not just sell any product to our customers, but the perfect one for their needs, whether it's paint, wallpaper, or crafting supplies.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide the best shopping experience for our customers.
  • Your tasks will include product management, processing customer orders, maintaining the product range, and designing promotional displays.
  • Your passion for sales and providing excellent customer service is what drives you every day at BAUHAUS.

Your profile:

  • A completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, such as Salesperson, Retail Merchant, Painter, Decorator, Interior Designer (m/f/d), is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales or retail, particularly in the creative or DIY industry, is advantageous.
  • You have indepth knowledge and expertise in colors and creative products, enabling you to provide competent advice to our customers.
  • Your strengths include excellent communication skills
