For the opening of our new location in Stuttgart, we are looking for:


Staffing Coordinator (m/f/d) and/or
Client Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for working in the medical staffing industry.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acquiring and managing clients in the nursing and healthcare sector within your own sales territory
  • Scheduling and coordinating assignments for your employees at client sites
  • Ensuring employee motivation through proactive leadership
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your employees, handling all personnel and laborrelated matters
  • Regularly reporting on key performance indicators and implementing measures to achieve goals
  • Conducting interviews
  • Working closely with the recruitment department
  • Maintaining thorough documentation

We expect the following from you:

  • Ideally, you have experience in staffing or in the healthcare industry as a nurse, caregiver, healthcare professional, medical assistant, or in other healthcare roles.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
  • You have experience in sales, preferably in the HR or medical field
  • You are reliable and speak the language of the medical industry
  • You are creative in developing sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • You enjoy presenting
