    Overview:
    We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team at CRM Residential.

    The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our properties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our tenants and visitors.

    The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness.


    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures.
    • Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.
    • Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention.
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required.
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
