Description

The State Office for Geoinformation and Land Development is seeking a Land Conservationist (w/m/d) for the Flurneuordnungsverwaltung at the Sinsheim location as soon as possible.

The position is classified in pay group 10 of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service of the Federal States (TV-L) and is available as a full-time, permanent position, which can also be divided.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Conducting surveys on flora and fauna, as well as potential assessments, as part of the creation of landscape conservation reports
  • Participation in the development of path and water plans with accompanying landscape conservation plans ( 41 FlurbG)
  • Preparation of environmental impact assessments in accordance with UVPG, FFH compatibility and species protection assessments
  • Awarding of contracts for ecological studies
  • Preparation of maintenance plans for landscape conservation areas and accompanying the implementation of these areas (environmental construction supervision)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed diploma (FH) or bachelor's degree in landscape planning with a focus on nature conservation, landscape ecology, or an equivalent degree
  • Previous professional experience in the field is advantageous, as well as experience and knowledge in project planning and implementation
  • Teamwork, resilience, reliability, and a structured work style
  • Class B driver's license
