Beck Oil, Inc. is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative - Cardlock Division to join our team in Victorville, CA


Position Overview:


Daily Tasks and Duties:


  • Use creativity to identify potential sales leads using various methods and sources.
  • Make cold calls to potential commercial fuel customers and maintain opportunities in companywide CRM.
  • Utilize market knowledge and understanding of prospect's business to present fueling options and systems and emphasize key valueadded features.
  • Follow the sales process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with various levels of management through a variety of presentation styles inperson, phone or online.
  • Set realistic sales goals that align with business unit and company objectives.
  • Promote and partner with other product line sales representatives for crossselling.
  • Perform special projects as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Experience with businesstobusiness (B2B) sales, with transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with experience selling to industrial or commercial businesses.
  • Exceptional people skills: an outgoing and persuasive personality is key to success.
  • Ability to understand customer's business needs and translate them into recommendations that are presented both verbally and in writing to customers.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to regularly travel locally.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software and systems.
  • Preferred skills: Prior experience in the Fleet Card sales space is ideal but not mandatory.

Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
