The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to understand their requirements and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.


Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of the Schwarz Group's card payment solutions in collaboration with external service providers, analyzing the entire process chain of card payments with the goal of simplifying, speeding up, and securing transactions while remaining compliant, providing technical advice to companies within the Schwarz Group regarding card payments at the point of sale, organizing the implementation, further development, and operation of software applications with in-depth knowledge of software and hardware, and working closely with international stakeholders in a local and global team.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in operating IT solutions in the payment sector, a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field with relevant work experience, a solid understanding of business and IT processes related to card payments at the point of sale, knowledge of payment methods with debit/credit cards and their processing, strong analytical and conceptual skills, a passion for IT topics and a willingness to dive deep into them, enthusiasm for new challenges, a confident and professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
