Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing company Physical Therapist Assistants of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.

Starting hourly rate at $32.00 up to $40.00 plus monthly production incentive commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for treatment under the plan of care established by the PT for patient caseload
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:

California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Assistant
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong clinical decisionmaking skills
Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
Commitment to practicing evidencebased medicine and providing the highest quality of care
