Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the entire human resources management in the company.
  • You are in charge of personnel recruitment, including job postings, candidate selection, and interviews.
  • You develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources.
  • You advise and support managers and employees in all personnelrelated matters and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • You are responsible for personnel development and training, including organizing training and seminars for employees.

Our requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in human resources management and have a degree in HRrelated field.
  • You have a solid understanding of labor law and are familiar with current personnelrelated laws and regulations.
  • You have experience in implementing modern recruiting strategies and successfully conducting employee development programs.
  • You are competent in personnel management and can motivate, develop, and convince a team of change processes.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English and can communicate confidently and professionally with employees, managers, and external partners.
