Spend less time in the office and more time focusing on what matters. Guide Rock supports farmers as an "always-on agricultural office" for PC and app, helping them digitize their processes - from document storage to reporting animal populations to field records. We develop this software as a service solution with passion and drive in a collegial atmosphere and have big plans for the future.

Starting July 1, 2024, we are looking for a temporary (2 years) addition to our team in Münster:

Agricultural Software Service Representative (m/f/d)

What you'll experience with us:

  • You will use your expertise and interest in digital solutions to provide the best possible advice and support to our users, primarily through phone interactions.
  • You will actively contribute to the team and learn about various aspects of the digital market development for an up-and-coming and dynamic product.
  • As part of the service team, you will develop new ideas and concepts to assist users with their questions and digital setup (via phone and TeamViewer).
