- Develop a high-level strategic vision for a range of products and translate it into actionable product roadmaps
- Engage in partner discovery boards with key clients to validate ideas and address industry challenges
- Establish an internal strategy and innovation team to gather feedback from clients, potential clients, and industry events
- Work across departments to share customer pain points, discuss new product concepts, and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmap
- Lead strategic initiatives and long-term projects with clients and partners
- Implement a formal system for prioritizing initiatives
- Oversee the strategic product roadmap, from development to marketing, to maximize the value of each product
- Ensure that all product owners and scrum teams have the necessary resources for successful delivery
- Communicate plans effectively and align with stakeholders on any changes
- Manage the product invoicing process in collaboration with the accounting team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate new features
- Publish external release notes for all product updates
- Work with business development on enhancing products and introducing new product lines for revenue growth
- Coordinate with the product integration team to ensure solutions align with ongoing projects and the overall product strategy
- Manage and mentor Product Owners
- Follow and enhance the Product Management Framework
- Coach team members on effective Product Management and Delivery practices
- Minimum 10 years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience with go-to-market and pricing strategies
- Proven track record of successful product launches and achieving business objectives
- Strong knowledge of pricing models and revenue optimization
- Previous experience in the hotel/airline industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
