Job Title:
Security Supervisor

Job Duties:
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates.
- Conduct uniform/equipment/punctuality/performance inspections of subordinates.
- Conduct daily visits to client locations using our company vehicle.
- Assist with scheduling with the filling of open shifts, by responding immediately to open shifts and making phone calls to cover the openings as needed.
- Assist upper management with investigations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
- Training scenarios and situations for the guards
- Construct route plans, and patrol plans for the field
- Assist with timesheets and patrol checks of the guards
- Report and communication with Operations Manager
- Discipline, professionalism, Respect, and Responsible
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Surveillance/Reporting Skills
- Punctual, Reliable, Respectful
- Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in order to effectively lead, manage, mentor, and develop effective working relationships with superiors and subordinates alike.
- Team work & Team building strategies
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in the U.S
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a CA Driver License with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 1520 lbs. (e)
- Must be able to stand for entirety of shift
- Must be bilingual
- Must pass preemployment background check
- Lead/Supervisor experience

Education:
- High school or equivalent
- Associates and Arts (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Armed Security/Patrol: 1 year
- Military: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: Least 1 year

Equipment that you must obtain within a month of employment is as follows:
- Duty Belt
- Handcuffs with handcuffs holder
- Flashlight with flashlight holder
- Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
- Security Badge
- Pepper spray with holder
- Tactical Boots
