As an experienced professional in the field of Operational Excellence, you will lead a team of 20 FTE in the areas of digitalization, automation, and lean management with the goal of establishing a Smart Factory.
Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for all end-to-end optimization topics and promote innovation and innovation speed in the largest Grid Technology plant.
How You Can Make an Impact
- Implementation of a lean strategy for the entire plant, particularly in the manufacturing area, to increase ontime delivery, output, and lead time
- Responsibility for timely implementation of digitalization projects for data processing, taking into account technical and economic conditions
- Responsibility for data visualization (Tableau) including smart data provision and preparation (e.g. via Alterix), as well as data collection (e.g. via custom programmed apps using Mendix)
- Implementation of automations (robotics, AGV) in the manufacturing environment
- Establishment and implementation of an IoT strategy
- Introduction of a new SAP system, including corresponding endtoend process design
What You Bring
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable education, plus additional experience and qualifications
- Strategic thinking is an important aspect for this position
- Experience in implementing RDA/RPA (e.g. UiPath)
- Several years of leadership experience
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured
