What you can expect from us:

You will lead the foremen in various areas.
You will shape, manage, and develop work content and processes in your area of responsibility in collaboration with the team leader.
You will train employees on occupational safety and monitor compliance with regulations.
You will contribute to ensuring the proper and professional execution of repair and production orders.
You will maintain wagerelated records for productive employees.
You will support and represent the team leader for propulsion systems and axles.

What you ideally bring with you:

Completed vocational training in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or metal industry, and further education as a master or equivalent.
At least five years of professional experience, including at least three years of leadership experience.
Good MS Office and basic SAP knowledge.
