Within our B2C Sales market segment, we are currently seeking a Team Lead for Product Management & Pricing Strategy (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Commodity B2C team in the Product Management and Pricing department
  • Developing the B2C Commodity business towards a green, national, and digital energy provider
  • Shaping the product strategy and expanding the futureoriented product and service portfolio for electricity and natural gas
  • Developing and implementing market and pricing strategies based on competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and managing product success based on key performance indicators
  • Identifying and considering changes in technical, economic, and regulatory/legal conditions and their impact on the business

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed diploma or master's degree (in a technical or businessrelated field)
  • Several years of experience in product management in the energy industry, including first leadership experience
  • Strong analytical
