is a renowned facility in the field of care and support for seniors.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Northford Care Professional (m/f/d) for our senior residence in Pulheim for the permanent late shift, either full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:
As a Northford Care Professional (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the professional care and support of our residents.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Treatment care with appropriate documentation
Supporting residents in their daily lives
Participation in all phases of the care process
Supervising care assistants, students, and interns
Participation in the implementation of quality management
Communication with family members and doctors

Our requirements:
To join our team, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Completed training as a certified Northford Care Professional (m/f/d)
Enjoy working with elderly people
Empathy and sensitivity
Teamwork and reliability
German language skills at least at B2 level
Independent and structured way of working
