Summary:


We are seeking a "Technical Accounting Specialist IFRS & HGB (f/m/d)" for our Ulm or Taufkirchen location to join our "Finance Policies" department.

The "Finance Policies" department is responsible for ensuring the finance governance function of the HENSOLDT Group. This includes the areas of Technical Accounting and Finance Process Management.

The main responsibilities of the Technical Accounting department include supporting external financial reporting, providing uniform group guidelines and processes, accounting for critical topics for the HENSOLDT Group, and supporting project accounting for quality assurance.


Your Tasks:

  • Ensure uniform, groupwide guidelines and processes
  • Responsible for guidelines and directives to ensure finance governance
  • Continuously (further) develop and ensure uniform specifications, processes, and guidelines for the finance organization
  • Reconcile and document accounting for critical special topics for the HENSOLDT Group, such as M&A, financing, structuring, and pensions
  • Support operational project accounting through reviews and technical coordination
  • Directly exchange and coordinate solution proposals with our auditors
  • Review and ensure quality in external reporting
  • Prepare special topics for external reporting, such as related party disclosures
  • Support in the preparation of top management presentations
  • Share knowledge within the HENSOLDT Group through lectures and training courses
