Your tasks

  • Preparation and participation in the awarding process according to phases 6 and 7 of the HOAI service phases
  • Independent planning and implementation of on-site supervision, according to phase 8, with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Coordination of interfaces between technical trades and building trades, as well as on-site companies and other involved parties, as well as the client
  • Scheduling, controlling, and monitoring of deadlines
  • Cost and change management
  • Contractual and financial management according to VOB regulations

Your qualifications

  • A successful degree in electrical engineering, energy and supply engineering, or a comparable degree, or an electrical master or technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering
  • Several years of experience in on-site supervision of electrical engineering
  • Proficiency in HOAI and VOB regulations, as well as technical standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Independent and responsible work style, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
