Your tasks
- You work as a consultant in the commercial sector in international teams on diverse and interesting projects in Germany and Europe
- You analyze individual customer situations and identify and evaluate the necessary action areas
- You conduct detailed market and competition analyses
- You prepare decision-making situations for management: from detailed specialist concepts to highly condensed top management presentations
- You develop and implement strategies and concepts
Your profile
- Education: Master/MBA or PhD in a business-related field with good to excellent grades or equivalent qualification; alternatively, proven ability to act at this level
- Previous experience in a renowned management consultancy or in-house consultancy of a manufacturing company
- 1-3 years of consulting experience and the ambition to continue growing in project management
- Structured approach, analytical and conceptual skills, and a high level of initiative
- Team player/strong team orientation and communication skills
- Experience working in international teams
- Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel worldwide (main location of activities is Düsseldorf; flexwork and home office depending on the project)
