Industriekaufleute at Country Life Acres are responsible for managing business processes within the company. In the materials management department, they compare offers, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee the receiving and storage of goods.

In production management, they plan, control, and monitor the production of goods or services and create accompanying documents for orders.

They also develop cost calculations and price lists and conduct sales negotiations with customers in the sales department. Additionally, they develop targeted marketing strategies. In the areas of accounting and finance, Industriekaufleute process, book, and monitor business transactions. In human resources, they determine personnel needs and participate in personnel recruitment and deployment.


Requirements:

  • Completion of Fachhochschulreife or Hochschulreife
  • Business acumen, negotiation skills, and assertiveness (e.g. conducting costefficient negotiations with suppliers of production materials)
  • Communication skills, willingness to engage with others, and customer and service orientation (e.g. providing comprehensive advice to customers and considering customer needs)
  • Flexibility (e.g. quickly switching between office work and telephone customer service)
  • Attention to detail and ability to concentrate (working carefully despite distractions in openplan offices)
  • Organizational skills (e.g. planning and controlling the production of goods and services)
  • Relevant school subjects: Mathematics (e.g. for calculating production material costs or salaries), Economics (e.g. for understanding business processes), English (e.g. for international customer or supplier contacts
