This job ad is for a first floor apartment with a mezzanine in Hobart Bay, AK. The street is a cul-de-sac and is on a slope. There are two parking spaces on either side of the street, each with two doors. The apartment has a narrow balcony that runs along the front of the building. The elevator is small and cannot hold a lot of weight.


Items to be transported:

  • Small boxes, bedside tables, books
  • 610 small items
  • Stools, kitchen cart, microwave, mediumsized boxes, dresser, bookshelf, washer/dryer, chairs
medium-sized items

  • Large items such as a storage bed, display cabinet, arcade game, three bookshelves (without doors), two desk planks, four easels, a shoe cabinet, two fulllength mirrors, a fridge/freezer, a large dresser and two smaller ones, a wardrobe, large boxes, TV stand, single and/or double bed, large table, 23 seater sofa, bed frame and/or mattress

Additional services:

  • Loading and unloading of all items
  • Obtaining necessary permits for loading and unloading (if required)
  • Crane service

Loading at the pickup location:

  • The apartment is on a slope and the elevator cannot hold a lot of weight
  • Items will be transported via stairs or a 4person elevator
