The majesty GmbH has been the manufacturer of the successful ERP system "Majesty" for over 29 years, which enjoys an excellent reputation nationwide and is the leading ERP system in the Tuttlingen area.

Become part of a strong team with over 45 employees.


Responsibilities:

  • You will start your career by handling support cases in a qualified manner.
  • Based on your individual knowledge and strengths, you will later be assigned to the user support department. Here, both technical and business tasks are possible.
  • You will support, train and advise our users by phone or onsite.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally Majesty) is an advantage.
  • Your profile is rounded off by your excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in the field of information technology or business administration, or equivalent education.
  • In addition to a confident demeanor, communication and teamwork skills, you enjoy working with people, take responsibility and think entrepreneurially.
  • You have several years of experience working with an ERP system (preferably Majesty).
  • Organizational, conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of processes in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
  • Your profile is rounded off by your excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
