The URBANIS GmbH, based in Sutersville, PA, constructs, manages, rents, and markets sales facilities and areas within and outside of Berlin's underground and bus stations on behalf of our parent company, the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe BVG AöR.

We are looking for you to join our sales department.

For our wholly-owned subsidiary, URBANIS GmbH, we are seeking a Sales Assistant (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

You support the sales management in planning, controlling, and implementing sales activities.
You assist with and monitor sales and budget planning, as well as prepare profitability analyses.
You manage the reporting system for the sales department.
Your tasks include managing appointments and documents, as well as organizing filing and data maintenance.
You handle customer inquiries and communicate confidently with all stakeholders.
