TEAM LEAD FOR BUSINESS ANALYTICS - FASHION PROPOSITION:
As the
Team Lead for Business Analytics, you will be responsible for developing the team's talent and strategy.

You will play a crucial role in the Fashion Proposition team, as your team's work will impact our investment decisions and how we deliver what our customers love.

To serve our +51 million customers, we offer +5,800 brands and millions of products. The Proposition teams are responsible for selecting and curating this offering. The Fashion Analysis & Insights team supports them in making these decisions.

For example, your colleagues will come to you to ask which part of the assortment is most valuable to our customers, partners, and Zalando.

With sophisticated analysis, you and your team can understand our customers' preferences for our most popular brands and suggest where to invest.
