Commercial clerk/employee - Haskins, United States - Horizon Technologies
Description
We are looking for a commercial specialist, ideally with a background in real estate, for a full-time position (part-time possible) in our office in Hof/Saale.
Your main responsibilities will include managing properties in our real estate portfolio, with a focus on administration of residential properties and bookkeeping.

Your tasks:
- Preparing, creating and checking operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
- Compliance with rental law regulations
- Signing and terminating rental agreements
- Inspection and handover of rental properties
- Signing maintenance contracts
- Correspondence with property owners and tenants
- Participation in property owner meetings, including follow-up work
- Handling complaints and disruptions
- Preparing and arranging orders for property owners' associations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in property/real estate management, particularly in operating cost statements
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is preferred
