Your responsibilities

Central contact for the topic of Global Mobility / International Assignments, providing advice, support and organization for crossborder employee assignments within the ZIEHL-ABEGG Group, while adhering to all relevant regulations in labor, tax, social security and immigration law in the host country
Cooperation with authorities in the host country, local HR business partners and legal service providers worldwide
Support for integration in Germany and in the assigned departments
Support and participation in international HR projects and interdisciplinary projects

Our requirements

Successfully completed degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, Business Law or similar
Previous professional experience in a similar position is required
Excellent knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English, and a high level of commitment towards our internal and external partners, combined with proven intercultural competence
Loyalty, absolute discretion, and a confident and positive demeanor
Structured, independent and entrepreneurial mindset
