Your Responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained store and a seamless shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your full effort
You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts
Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the stockroom

Your Profile:

Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with ideally some leadership experience such as shift management
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Efficient and quick in your work
Reliable and willing to work flexible shifts

We Offer:

Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
Paid overtime based on precise time tracking
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
