Role/ Department:
ER/ Risk and Compliance Strategic Initiatives Lead/ Human Resources Compliance

Responsible for managing the strategic initiatives portfolio of HR regulatory, compliance and employee relations related projects.

You must be highly skilled at managing and prioritizing a portfolio of key initiatives, including stakeholder engagement; monitoring and reporting; resourcing; and execution.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop, lead and execute complex cross-functional project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, communication plans and task owners.
  • Prioritize stakeholder requests and assess required resourcing.
  • Operationalize and support implementation of new laws/rules/ regs
  • Manage the yearly employee handbook process globally
  • Prepare reports/metrics and presentations on compliance activities, audit findings, and ER activity
  • Assist in the coordination of employee handbook process globally.
  • Liaises with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity, displaying a balanced, crossfunctional perspective

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Substantive Risk and Compliance or Regulatory background with the demonstrated capability of managing a significant portfolio of complex initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work across and lead crossfunctional team to drive results with external and internal constituents
  • Ability to effectively partner with the Legal Department.
  • Strong Project management skills, particularly ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct data analyses, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities, and develop recommendations for crossfunctional groups of stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to influence others to a desired outcome
  • Understanding/Knowledge in HR compliance and regulations
