About the Role


We're looking for a passionate, data-driven, hands-on builder who can help develop a new business and is comfortable taking initiative and working across teams.

To ensure we properly serve customers, you'll manage multiple projects from beginning to end, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Success in this role will be effectively balancing multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams in order to drive DD consumer financial product adoption and engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Build: You'll have your fingerprints all over the consumer finance business. You'll work towards successful launches, get 1% better every day, and scale new products while managing existing ones. This means everything from highlevel strategy to nittygritty operational details.
  • Manage: Manage multiple largescale projects with ownership of project outcomes from concept to launch.
  • Strategize: From first principles, you'll develop the strategy for best serving the ** audience through a unique financial lens.
  • Analyze: You'll assess the operational, consumer, and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.
  • Lead: Lead project activities such as developing project plans, driving communication, setting up experiments, running consumer surveys, and analyzing results.
  • Collaborate: You'll work with a crossfunctional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to execute large projects within the projected timeline.
  • Adapt: Adapt to competing demands and new responsibilities while learning from changes, challenges, and feedback.
  • Experiment: There is no written rule book to success here. You must figure out how to get from A to B and constantly push to improve and test new opportunities to get 1% better every day.

  • You have 1+ years of experience in startups, strategy, project management, partner management, business development, operations, technology, analytics, or related experience; highgrowth or earlystage startup experience.
