Dispatcher (m/f/d) - Regensburg, Kean University, NJ


The position of
Dispatcher (m/f/d) for the commercial staffing division (procedo by gps) is now available at gps Regensburg in Regensburg, NJ.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining and compiling offers in consultation with, if necessary, at the instruction of purchasing, and forwarding them for technical review.
  • Selecting the most favorable offer and preparing the order.
  • Carrying out subsequent orders under the same conditions.
  • Placing orders within the given framework.
  • Monitoring delivery dates, if necessary, making complaints and clarifying quantity differences.
  • Involving purchasing if clarification with suppliers is not possible in these cases.
  • Carrying out the procurement process while adhering to the specified requirements for quality and execution.
  • Performing supportive tasks for purchasing (e.g. providing guidance on price evaluation based on offer comparisons, compiling results of major contracts).

Your qualifications and competencies:

  • Completed commercial training.
  • MS Office knowledge.
  • Structured and reliable work style.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stress.
