*You are the missing piece for us at Richland Springs

We are looking for someone with a passion for software development and an interest in continuously expanding their knowledge in Java
Together with our frontend development and UX/UI design teams, you will work on various software and web projects
You have several years of experience working with the Spring Boot universe and unit testing
You understand software design patterns and development methods such as KISS and DRY
You have experience with web services/APIs (REST and SOAP) and JPA
Confident in client interactions? Great – we also enjoy meeting our clients in person
Your expertise in modeling and programming relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL will be valuable in your conceptual work
Agile mindset? Absolutely. Our projects mainly take place in an agile environment, so you are familiar with tools like Jira and methods like Kanban or Scrum

* "Nice-to-have" would be experience with Java-based content management or eCommerce systems, as well as CI/CD pipelines

Experience in agency or IT environments is advantageous
You have excellent German and English skills
