• As the commercial site manager, you are responsible for the commercial management and corresponding processes and structures of our maintenance operation at the Lingen site and report directly to the management
• You lead a team of commercial employees both professionally and disciplinarily and constantly support their personal development
• You are responsible for commercial reporting as part of the monthly and annual financial statements to the company management, as well as budgeting for the site
• You work closely with the technical site manager and the technical departments of the site and are the first point of contact for all commercial matters
• In addition, you are responsible for creating the required reporting, project controlling, monthly performance evaluation, and claim, receivables, and risk management
• You also conduct contract reviews in accordance with company guidelines, create contracts, and negotiate them confidently
• Monitoring local subcontractor management and compliance with all compliance requirements completes your exciting range of tasks
