Personal Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

What tasks can you expect?

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and therefore the face of our bank
  • You proactively support your assigned customers and advise them according to the partial or total needs approach of cooperative consulting
  • You actively approach customers, maintain existing customer relationships and expand them
  • You implement sales campaigns and cross-selling activities
  • You systematically integrate the offered digital sales channels and banking services into your daily work and advice
