- Coordinating work processes
- Managing the nursing process
- Providing basic and treatment care
- Implementing preventive measures
- Properly observing and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medication
Requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
- Cooperation, organization, and teamwork skills
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment
- Friendly demeanor and empathy when interacting with residents (m/f/d) and family members (m/f/d)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (B2 level)
