In a responsibility area for approximately 20 residents, you will share the responsibility with at least one assigned colleague.

Requirements:

  • Completed further training for care workers according to § 53 b / § 43 c

We expect:

  • The know-how to understand the residents in their living environment
  • To be available as a contact person for the residents
  • The ability to create a stimulating daily routine for the residents - both in individual and group care
  • Teamwork skills
  • Sociability
  • Self-organization

Your tasks include:

  • Improving the care of elderly people with physical impairments and elderly people with dementia in close cooperation with the nursing staff
  • Individually supporting the residents with their concerns and being available as a contact person
  • Recognizing, reflecting on, and developing your own skills, needs, and boundaries in the design of daily structured activities and everyday activities
