Administrative Employee (M/F/D) for the Track & Trace Department

Your responsibilities

• Control of subcontractor fleet
• Monitoring and tracking of departures and arrivals
• Calculation of arrival times
• Status monitoring and maintenance
• Coordination of time slot adjustments

Your profile

• Good geographical knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of English and Polish is desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (3shift system)
• Independence and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, but also open to beginners
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications
