Description

The Operations Development Team supports the Service Management in the Service Central region (Germany, BeNeLux, and Multibrand).

We drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives and monitor them, also at the interface between the global and regional organization.

We are the center of expertise for system and process developments in the region. In addition, we support our colleagues in the operational business in achieving service KPIs and the overall service strategy.

In your role as Operational Performance Professional, you will drive strategic business development initiatives in close collaboration with the Service Management team.

In this context, various topics are important:
Supply Chain & Transport, process improvements, cost savings, and quality initiatives along the entire service value chain.

Your responsibilities include

Managing and monitoring key performance indicators and communicating with relevant stakeholders, conducting root cause analyses for KPI performance
Preparing meetings on operational performance at the regional level, coordinating with stakeholders throughout the company, and following up on action plans
Steering and tracking initiatives at the local level to improve our KPIs, such as cost efficiency and contractual availability
Developing business cases, encouraging the organization to reach the next level of control
Creating and maintaining overviews using available tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Salesforce, SAP, and others

Qualifications you bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Economics or another relevant field
Minimum of 13 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in business/performance
