As a
"Tribe Lead Chemistry, Pharma, Energy and Utility (m/f/d)" in Rochester, WI, you will be responsible for the optimal positioning of our clients.

You will shape, advise, and support strategic clients on their journey towards digitalization.

In this role, you will have the following exciting tasks:

Shaping the
digital transformation of our clients in the mentioned industries through diverse projects
Supporting the
solution design in deals and offers by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating our clients' requirements and mapping them to our portfolio
Consulting decisionmakers of our clients to specify functional solutions, as well as technical requirements
Promoting
customer orientation and acceptance in your role as "facetothecustomer / trusted advisor"

Profile:

As an experienced
Tribe Lead / Business Developer, you have a degree in IT with a focus on business or comparable professional experience.

Additionally, you bring a wealth of expertise.

You have a confident appearance at the decision-maker level, solution and implementation orientation, decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic action? Perfect You also have the following skills:

Several years of project and consulting experience in one or more of the mentioned industries with indepth market/industry knowledge and a good sense for future industryspecific requirements and trends
Several years of experience at the interface between business
