Your role with us:

At our location in Rockford, OH, we are looking for a commercial/technical assistant (m/f/d) - ideally with experience in the mobile communications industry.

General administrative support for project planning and execution
Data entry and maintenance using projectspecific tools
Documentation and review of documents for content and plausibility
Coordination with various clients in regular status meetings/phone conferences
Ordering of technical materials

Your convincing profile:

Commercial/technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge in technical project administration in the field of mobile communications
Proficient in standard MS Office package and ideally experience with databases
Understanding of handling numbers, data, and statistics
Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English in spoken and written form
