For our aparthotel in Berlin, we are currently seeking a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) to join our team.


Adagio Berlin is located in the center of Berlin, just one street away from the famous Ku'damm, the well-known shopping and strolling mile that extends beyond the borders of Berlin.

Job Description

As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for a smooth and service-oriented check-in and check-out process.

You will ensure that our guests feel comfortable during their stay with us.


You are knowledgeable about your city, provide information, make recommendations, and are the go-to person for all questions and requests.

We also welcome applications from career changers.

Qualifications

  • Good manners and a wellgroomed appearance
  • Independent, customeroriented work style
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge of English
